Materials committee


What does it mean


The materials committee manages the equipment of our goalkeepers and the training materials for the club and top teams.


The work relates to:


  • issuance and collection of materials
  • repair of materials
  • inventory management and purchasing of materials

 


The focus for the materials committee is between the end and the beginning of the new season, so around the summer holidays. In this respect:


  • at the end of the season
  • communicate about dates for collection/inspection & issue
  • facilitating/monitoring scheduling of time slots by teams/keepers for collection/check AND issue
  • control stock
  • prepare intake/check evenings
  • intake/control evenings (usually 3 evenings)
  • make an inventory of what needs to be replaced/repaired
  • inventory what needs to be purchased new or can be delivered from stock
  • order materials
  • facilitating/monitoring scheduling of time slots by teams/keepers
  • prior to the beginning of it
  • ensure that all teams/keepers for whom materials need to be delivered have a time slot planned
  • prepare distribution evenings
  • collect, number and record ordered materials
  • repair materials
  • preparing bags with training materials
  • preparing goalkeeper bags
  • distribution evenings (usually 3 evenings)
  • put all materials that have not been collected and not issued back into stock

Time indication:
    - an average of 1 hour per week during the year

    - end of season (based on 2 people): 40-45 pp

    - start of season: 35-40 ppn average 1-2 hours per week.
