Membership & Cancellation

  • Memberships are valid per season.
  • Cancellations must be submitted before June 1 at ledenadministratie@hceindhoven.nl. If cancellation occurs after this date, the full membership fee for the new season is due. 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible in the case of pregnancy or a long-term injury. No exceptions are made for other circumstances. All refund requests are subject to approval by the board. The minimum requirements are: 

  • The situation must be reported to the membership administration before the start of the half-season (cut-off dates: June 1 and February 1).
  • The membership must be changed to a non-playing membership.
  • The injury must be hockey-related and expected to last more than 3 months.
  • There must be no outstanding membership fees.

Returning to Active Play

Would you like to resume playing during the season? Please notify the membership administration in time. Your membership will then be changed back to a playing membership, and the membership fee will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining season.
