Referee campus

Club decision rights-Plus (CS )

All experienced referees say it: tips from others make you better and whistling becomes more fun and challenging. There is therefore a special training program for referees with a club referee card who want to develop. This makes you a club referee plus (CS ) and you can referee matches at a higher level.

Would you like to know whether the special training program for CS is something for you?

As a CS you can be deployed in matches of the first line teams that are not refereed by federal referees. You can also whistle at matches where a lot of referee knowledge and guidance is required.

How do you become CS ?

If you want to know more about the refereeing profession, go to the refereeing commissioner of your club. This ensures that you can follow the training, usually at your own club. The training consists of:

  1. Three workshops; an introduction (about the structure of the training), practice (where and how you stand and how you signal) and an in-depth look at your knowledge of the rules of the game.
  2. Personal guidance from a learning coach during a number of competitions.
  3. A practical test.

How much time does it take?

The workshops last approximately two hours each. Because you learn from whistling, the intention is that you lead an average of one match per week. This depends on the options at your club.

As a CS you bring quality to the fields of HC Eindhoven!
