Clothing sponsor

It appears desirable to provide some more information about clothing sponsorship.

The internal regulations (article 20) state that "Advertising on the kit or materials made available by HC Eindhoven or sponsors is only permitted after approval by the board of HC Eindhoven". The board has delegated the implementation of this to the Business Club (BC). In addition, our clothing sponsor Gunneman has exclusivity for using the HCE logo and the name HC Eindhoven on sports clothing and materials for during and after the match.

When the HCE logo/name is on the clothing (tracksuits, skirts/pants - jackets - after the match jerseys - stick bags, etc.) must be purchased through our clothing partner Gunneman. For all teams, clothing sponsorship (clothing, club kit materials) also requires membership of the business club.

For all top teams (H1/D1/H2/D2/JA1/JB1/JC1/JD1/MA1/MB1/MC1/MD1), an additional sponsorship contribution via the business club is also due for clothing sponsorship (clothing, club uniform materials) and the club tracksuit is mandatory. The request for team sponsorship can be submitted via: businessclub@hceindhoven.nl. The options for clothing via Gunneman are listed on the website under Sponsoring >> team sponsorship.

With every advertisement on clothing, materials and/or club uniforms, both per team and individually, it will also be checked whether there are any conflicting interests with business club members and / or disproportionate "free" advertising, otherwise the board, if the above rules are not complied with, reserves the right to prohibit sponsorship afterwards or to charge an additional sponsorship contribution.
