  • Management regulations for alcohol in the clubhouse

Sports clubs must have administrative regulations 'Alcohol in sports canteens' on the basis of Article 9 of the Drinks and Catering Act.

As indicated in the General Members' Council Meeting, these regulations have been established by the board and posted on the club's website. You can find it when you log in to "documents / board decisions", or by clicking here. The regulations guarantee that the board takes responsibility for responsible alcohol provision within the clubhouse.

In addition to the provisions prescribed by the Liquor and Catering Act, these administrative regulations also include provisions regarding social hygiene and para-commercialism.

  • Information about My HCE

    Profile.

Here you will see the information about you in the menu. If your name, address, landline telephone or date of birth are incorrect, we request that you inform our membership administration by email. Email addresses and mobile numbers can be changed yourself in Settings (in the left menu when you are logged in). Under profile, each member can say something about themselves and post a photo if they wish. The profile must contain at least 10 characters (so just a 2 or 3 character smiley is not sufficient). See also answer to the question: My profile: how does that work?

    Institutions.

If you like other members to know what you look like or you want to tell them something about yourself, you can make your profile public for the logged in members. Then you must click Yes and then OK for questions 1 and 3. If you set 2 to Yes, you will receive an email when someone responds to your profile. But of course you must have entered your email address.

    Birthday public.

That's possible and who knows, you might receive congratulations in your mailbox from fellow club members on your birthday!

Your profile is only accessible to yourself and - if you make it public - to logged in members. To do this, you must first create/change your profile. To make your photo(s) public for other members, you have to put something in your text profile, at least 10 characters (a smiley alone is not enough!), but as you can see, it is fun if you what tells you about yourself.

To make your photo visible to others, click Yes in the settings for question 1 and question 3, but then click OK, otherwise it will jump back to No.

Your settings will have been adjusted the next time you log in.

    Locator

a very handy option to make your zip code public in your profile when you want to pool or need help finding a replacement for the driving session. See explanation for Locator when you press it in the left menu.

    Email addresses

If there are more than 2 e-mail addresses to which information about this member should be sent, proceed as follows. In option 1, enter the email address that is used most often. With option 2, multiple email addresses can be entered with a ; between the email addresses.

    Mobile number

for the youngest youth, the mobile number of the person who "arranges" the hockey affairs for this child.

    HOCKEY

This menu includes all relevant matters related to hockey: training schedule, match schedules, competition standings and reports, routes to other clubs.

    NOTICES

Here you will find the club news, mainly intended for information for the different categories. Both the site and the system are intended to provide mutual information and communicate faster.

  • I would like to make my birthday public, but my date of birth is not in my profile/is incorrect. Can I change that myself?

No, that's not possible. You can only change your email address(es), password and mobile numbers. Other data can only be adjusted by the membership administration. So if there are any items that are not stated correctly, please let us know by email and this will be changed as quickly as possible.

  • I got such a difficult password. Can I change that?

YES, you can change your password yourself after you have logged in with your membership number and the password provided by LISA. On your personal screen, click on 'Settings' in the left column under the “My HCE” menu. There you can change your password. Make sure you also enter your email address: if you have lost your password, but do know your membership number, you will receive a message if you enter your password incorrectly. If you click 'here', you will immediately receive your password at the email address you provided.

  • I am a trainer/coach at HC Eindhoven and not a member, but would like to join “My HCE”. Is that possible?

Go to "become a member" under the "Club" button, complete the entire registration form (including bank details), and indicate that you are a 'non-playing member'. An amount will then be charged for contributions, but you can ignore this. Finally, with the last question: "what would you like to do within the association?"

  • How do I get the email address of.....

If you know the surname, when you are logged in as a member, you can enter the surname in the left menu under 'search' and you will then receive the requested information. For senior captains: you can also find those who are in that team via other teams, see the captain there and then find his/her details via the search menu.

  • My parents also want to be able to see my competition schedule and receive emails. Is that possible?

Yes, that's possible. If they are a member, they can log in under their own membership number and if they click on 'other teams' in the left menu, they can choose the teams whose schedules they want to see immediately. The entire match schedule of all teams can be viewed under the 'Hockey' menu under the match schedule of other teams. If emails intended for your team/category also need to be sent to a different email address, you can enter this in your settings (Change data) at email address 2 (see also below for multiple email addresses).

If they are not members, they must log in under your membership number and password to see your schedule. To receive mail, proceed as follows.

In the settings, enter your own email address at email address 1, or the email address that is used most often. Preferably only 1 address here and no more than 2.

At email address 2 you can enter multiple email addresses with a ; between them, for example name@nameprovider for email address 1 and namefather@nameprovider; Enter name@provider name for email address 2.

  • Lost, forgotten or doesn't work?

If you enter an incorrect password under password, a message will appear.

Before you send an email to us, check carefully whether you have entered the correct characters (uppercase or lowercase). It may also be that you have typed a 0 (zero) instead of an O (the letter). It is also often the case that the I (capital letter as in Information) and the l (lowercase l as in location) and the 1 (the number) in the password are mixed up: please pay attention to this.

If it still doesn't work after 2 attempts, follow the instructions under "Forgot?" under login and your password will then be sent to the email address that the club has for you within a minute. If the club does not yet have an email address for you, please send an email to lisa@hceindhoven.nl with your email address and your membership number. This email must be processed manually, so it will take a little longer. In short, it is very useful if, once logged in, you immediately enter your email address in your settings in the system!
