Procedure for cancellations

Frost or flooding can affect the playability of the fields.

The water field is very sensitive to frost and should not be entered if it is frozen. The sand-filled fields are generally playable even in frost, unless the frozen surface unacceptably increases the risk of injuries. Snow on the fields makes playing impossible.

Matches

In the event that the playability of the fields is in question, the club manager or a representative will inspect the fields together with someone from the competition secretariat: Saturday at 8:00 am representative of the competition secretariat minis Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 am and later representative of the competition secretariat juniors/seniors In the absence of One of these persons will contact the chairman of the referee committee and the other will inspect the fields with him/her. Both people then jointly make the final and binding decision.

A team cannot cancel a match on its own.

Follow-up actions to be taken:

  • The competition secretariat contacts the competition secretariats of the opponents involved;
  • The competition secretariat contacts the coaches of the relevant teams

Federation referees determine what to do with matches of JB1, MA1, JA1, D1 and H1. These matches always take precedence and are moved to Field 2 if possible. The match that was to be played on Field 2 will then be cancelled. Juniors D1 do not take precedence over juniors D2.

Trainings

Whether the fields can be used for the training is determined by the training coordinator. If this person is not present, the trainer will contact him/her.

If in doubt, training will not start on the water field until permission has been given!

These general guidelines apply with regard to the water field:

(prepared by the accommodation manager)

  1. The water field may not be entered if the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius;
  2. The water field may not be entered if there is ice formation on the artificial grass; Consider sleet or freezing on a wet field or frozen snow on (parts of) the field.

Training can always take place on the sand-filled artificial grass fields, if conditions permit. Judge for yourself the playability of these fields! Be aware of the risk of injury due to the possibly very hard surface!
